My little dancer is back. I think a twirly skirt is a nice way to symbolise rewinding. Ah, the turning of time and a skirt, huh?
I mentioned on my Facebook page earlier today that the day before the Problogger conference is always the day where I go, “”WHY didn’t I get tickets? WHHHHHY?”, and today is no different. If you’re heading off to bond with fellow froggers on the Gold Coast, please do report back in with your news, won’t you?
If you’re not attending, maybe these links will help!
Kicking off with a Problogger post on the nature of great online social content.
Elizabeth Spiers writes on Medium about keeping a notebook in a digital age (can so relate!)
I loved Sarah Kay’s TED talk and the whole notion of performed poetry. I think I missed my calling (but perhaps it’s not too late – if Al can accidentally find herself auditioning for a musical, then anything is possible).
You can download your Twitter archive if you felt the urge to relive some of your best Twitter banter.
And here’s one of the more readable posts I’ve seen on ‘how to make Pinterest work for your blog’ from Unskinny Boppy.
As for last week’s fantastic Weekend Rewind reading list, start at Trudie’s gorgeous pregnancy share, then head to Redcity Living to enter the debate on ‘when is it cheating?’ and finish up at Mumabytes to read her ‘thoughts on a FIFO life’, which is sobering reading for those of us who panic at the thought of our partner going away for a night or two… anyone? Please also stop by and say hello to Katie at Anniecookie ‘cos she’s quite new to the neighbourhood and I like her blog very much.
Happy Profroggering to those attending and happy reading to the rest of us.
